The Influence of Good University Governance and Intellectual Capital on University Performance in Indonesia

University has the main task to develop science and technology increase Indonesian competitiveness in world. Researchers conduct study based on condition that university governance intellectual capital are not optimal help achieve expected performance at universities Indonesia. The aims examine influence of Good Governance Intellectual Capital toward Performance State-Owned Universities-Legal Entity (SU-LE) Universities-Public Service Agency (SU-PSA) use quantitative methods questionnaire instruments collect data. concludes good each positively significantly SU-LE SU-PSA Moreover, a positive significant Indonesia.
